In a meeting with our client, the idea of creating an artwork for a magazine was pitched to us. We instead pitched the idea of creating an entire magazine and then made it happen for the client.
In a client meeting several marketing ideas came up, one of which was creating a full page artwork ad for local magazines. We however felt it would be a higher ROI for our client to create their own magazine for the Oasis community and figure out distribution to ideal target audiences.
We got to work and created a high end community showcase magazine filled with features of Oasis, amazing homes that can be built in the community and background about the project and the development company. The end result was a magazine our client loved and used as their main print marketing tool to close clients.
